Jo-Bell Products has been producing liquid level controls since 1947, and was originally located in Oak Lawn, Illinois. It has an installed base of hundreds of thousands of products operating throughout the world. Jo-Bell was acquired in 2000 and moved to Carlsbad, New Mexico, where it now operates as a division of Dalnor Systems, Inc., a systems integrator.

Excepting damage or abuse, all Jo-Bell products sold are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. Note that irradiated materials may not be returned for any reason under penalty of Federal law. Should a product be determined as defective, the customer must contact Jo-Bell for a Return Material Authorization number. This number must appear on all correspondence and packing lists. The customer is responsible for shipping expense to Jo-Bell. Once received, the company at its option may repair or replace any defective part and return the item to the customer, shipping prepaid. If it is determined the part is not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping expense.

This exclusive warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, whether written or oral, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any consequential special collateral or contingent damages or expenses, or any other charges beyond the invoice value of any defective item. Further, the company does not assume any liability for the accuracy or the completeness of data supplied by the customer for the end use of the products. The final determination of suitability of product and information, use intended, manner of use, or any infringement of patent is the responsibility of the customer.
